Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how YAIRTECH (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the public Chairside Reels landing pages or contact us about the English brand-reels pilot. It is written in plain English. It is not legal advice.
1. Who we are
Chairside Reels is a YAIRTECH product that helps brands get short English reels for Instagram and TikTok (done-for-you brand reels). The public site today is a thin landing page and this Privacy Policy. The full studio application is invite-only / Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP) protected and is not open to the general public.

2. What this policy covers
- The public landing pages (including this Privacy page).
- Waitlist, “DM for pilot,” and email contact related to the Chairside Reels English pilot.
- Brand materials you voluntarily send so we can evaluate or produce pilot reels (logos, photos, copy, brand guidelines, social links).
It does not claim that the full studio app is publicly available. Access to the app requires an invitation and Google sign-in behind IAP Testing.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
- Contact details — email, name, brand or company name, website or Instagram URL, and optional notes about what you need (e.g. waitlist form fields).
- Consent flags — e.g. whether you agree to be emailed about the English 5-reel pilot.
- Brand inputs — logos, product or service photos, colors, short copy, CTAs, and related files you upload or email so we can generate or review reels.
- Correspondence — emails, DMs, or form messages you send to Sales or YAIRTECH about Chairside Reels.
3.2 Information collected automatically (public pages)
Like most websites, our host or CDN may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps. We do not run advertising pixels on the thin landing by default. If analytics are added later, we will update this policy.
3.3 Invite-only studio users
If you are invited into the studio app, Google Identity-Aware Proxy may process your Google account identity for authentication. Account and generation data inside the app are governed by that invite relationship and any additional notices shown in-product.
4. How we use information
- To respond to waitlist and pilot inquiries (Sales).
- To evaluate fit for the English 5-reel pilot and to produce reels from brand inputs you provide.
- To operate, secure, and improve the public landing and (for invitees) the studio service.
- To communicate about pilot status, delivery, and related product updates you asked for.
- To comply with law or protect YAIRTECH, users, and the public where required.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your brand photos or logos to advertise other customers without your permission.
5. Brand inputs and generated reels
When you send logos, photos, or copy for reel generation, you confirm you have the rights to share them. We use those materials only to create and deliver your reels (and related support), unless you agree otherwise in writing.
Generated reels are marketing creatives for your brand. You remain responsible for reviewing wording and for complying with platform rules and local advertising laws before you publish.
6. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers who host the site, email, or forms (e.g. Google Forms if used for waitlist), under their terms.
- Sales / operators inside YAIRTECH who handle inbound pilot requests.
- Authorities when legally required.
We do not sell waitlist lists or brand kits to third parties.
7. Retention
Waitlist and contact records are kept as long as needed to run the pilot pipeline and follow up, or until you ask us to delete them (see below). Brand inputs for a delivered pilot may be retained for support and redelivery for a reasonable period, then deleted or archived on request where feasible.
8. Security
We use TLS on the public site and keep the full studio behind invite-only IAP. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal data in waitlist fields.
9. International users
Chairside Reels’ public offer is English-first for brands internationally. If you contact us from outside the UK, your information may be processed in the UK / EEA or by processors in other regions that host our tools. By contacting us, you understand that transfer.
10. Your choices
- Do not submit the waitlist if you do not want us to contact you about the pilot.
- Email hello@yairtech.co.uk to request access, correction, or deletion of waitlist or brand materials we hold, subject to legal limits.
- Unsubscribe from pilot emails using the method provided in those messages, when applicable.
11. Children
Chairside Reels is aimed at businesses and adult marketers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 for the waitlist or pilot.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the product launches (for example when a public access URL or broader studio access goes live). The effective date at the top will change; continued use of the public site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
